Finance Africa acts as both a principal lender and a credit intermediary. Where Finance Africa acts as an intermediary, it facilitates transactions with registered financial institutions and funders. Finance Africa is registered with the relevant South African regulatory authorities.

Our services are available to:

• Registered South African companies and close corporations in good standing with CIPC.
• Sole proprietors and partnerships operating lawfully in South Africa.
• Registered entities in other African jurisdictions where Finance Africa operates, subject to applicable local laws.

By submitting an enquiry or application, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind the entity on whose behalf you are acting, and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Submitting an enquiry or application form on this Website does not constitute a binding agreement or commitment by Finance Africa to provide finance. All applications are subject to credit assessment, due diligence, and internal approval processes.

By submitting an enquiry, you consent to Finance Africa contacting you via the communication channels you have provided, and to Finance Africa processing your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 ("POPIA").
